Mario Brothers Warranty

This warranty shall be null and void unless the natural stone countertops have been paid in full.

To qualify for coverage under this warranty you should maintain the natural stone product in accordance with the Mario Brothers care and maintenance guide provided to you.

This warranty covers the performance of countertop seams but not the appearance of the seam. Seam failure due to settling or structural issues unrelated to the products installation, are not covered.

This warranty does not cover the use of products exposed to abnormal use, abnormal conditions or abuse in any way. Abnormal use includes damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather condition, physical or chemical abuse, damage from ordinary wear and tear or improper care and maintenance. Improper care of natural granite countertops may result in staining, scratches or chips.

In addition, this warranty will not cover damage from vandalism nor damage from the dropping of heavy objects on the countertop.

Mario Brothers is not responsible for damage or injury caused, either in whole or in part, by acts of god, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement or settling, acts of vandalism or accidents.

Mario Brothers obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the natural stone product. This includes labor charges needed to repair or replace the natural stone product as determined by Mario Brothers. The natural stone product buyer/owner shall be responsible for any other costs associated with, or arising from, the productsʼ repair or replacement. Should Mario Brothers replace or repair your granite countertop, your warranty will continue from the original date of your installation and NOT from the date of your repair or replacement.

This is a one year full coverage warranty. This warranty may not be transferred to another person or home should you sell your home or top. Your warranty shall be null and void to the next home owner.

Our lifetime coverage is strictly for the repair or replacement of the stone material itself.

Labor costs incurred during the repair or replacement shall be absorbed by the owner of the house or warranty.
